ReplyDeleteAww..congrats on your first VLog. It was awesome and your little princess is so cute. They're all really shy at that age. And of course, you know I'm already following Mommy Glow via GFC.

ReplyDeleteLOVE IT!!!
My favorite children's book is Where the Sidewalk ends. It was the first book that inspired me to start writing creatively. Not to mention, Shel Silverstein was kind of hot to me when I was a kid. LOL. It's just an amazing book full of poems that kids can relate to through all seasons of their lives.

ReplyDeleteI love you little one- because it emphasizes how much mothers love their children- all kinds of mothers- and how all emcompassing love is... in a way toddlers will sit still and listen.
also
The Bear Snores ON: because I find it funny and it rhymes in a way that really engages Eden.. and I get to act a fool and do voices while I read it to her.

ReplyDeleteSo cute! Congrats on your first vlog! :-)
ReplyDeleteMY favorite book to read to my kids is Where the Wild Things Are. I love the vocabulary used which isn't heard everyday in our house - "supper," "frightened," "gnashed" etc. Of course the pictures are great too but the best part for us is the suspension, as Max's boat goes ashore. Before I can even read "And they roared their terrible roar" My kids are screaming and running from me and by then end of the book they are both yawnning. Its a fun book and takes up about haf of our "20 minutes a day" required by Nick Jr to "inspire a lifetime love of learing"
ReplyDeleteAwwww... I love this! I love the interaction between you two. I'm so happy you won the webcam!
ReplyDeleteGood for you brave Mama vlogger! One day maybe I'll give it a go too :) I already follow
ReplyDeleteI follow on GFC.
ReplyDeleteI like a lot of Dr. Seuss for my kids. Like Wocket in my Pocket.
